Pricing and Payment Terms
Every custom ring is individually crafted. Pricing depends on the design, materials, ring size, finish, engraving, gemstones, and level of customization.
Ring Pricing
Every custom ring is priced individually based on the design, materials, ring size, finish, engraving, stones, and level of customization.
- Ring design and specifications
- Materials and gemstones (if applicable)
- Customization, engraving, or design fees
- Estimated production time
- Shipping and applicable taxes
- Total price and payment schedule
Deposit
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve production time and purchase or prepare materials.
Production will begin once the deposit has been received and all required design details have been approved.
The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price and covers design preparation, material costs, and production planning.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 60% balance is due before the ring is shipped.
- Final quality-control photographs or a completion update may be provided before requesting the balance.
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Custom Design Fees
A design or setup fee may apply to:
- Fully bespoke designs
- Multiple design revisions
- Technical drawings or 3D modeling
- Complex stone settings
- Special molds, patterns, or unusual materials
Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you approve the order.
Changes After Approval
Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional costs or delays.
These may include:
- Material replacement
- Redesign
- Resizing
- Remaking the ring
- Additional labor
We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any chargeable changes.
Rush Production
Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on our current production schedule and the complexity of your design.
Rush orders are confirmed only after we provide a revised timeline and updated price.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Before production begins: Cancellation may be requested, subject to any non-recoverable design or material costs.
- After materials are ordered or production begins: The deposit is generally non-refundable.
- After completion: Custom and personalized rings are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they are defective or materially different from the approved specifications.
- If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a revised delivery date, transfer to an approved maker, or a refund for undelivered work.
Handmade Variations
Each ring is individually handcrafted.
Minor variations in texture, color, patina, finish, stone character, or dimensions may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product. These natural variations do not affect the quality or intended use of your ring.
Currency, Taxes and Shipping

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless included in your quotation.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
